How and When do I Pay?
We accept Switch, Delta, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to dispatch. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, e mail or over the Internet.
Are my payment details secure?
All details are transferred via a secure link, and fully protected for your security.
Non-Stock Items?
If your item is not in stock, it will be placed on back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
What if I am not Satisfied?
We make every effort to ensure that the service we provide is how we would like to receive. However, if on the rare occasion that you feel our service has fallen short of your expectations please contact us, Your complete satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. Please advise us within 7 days if you are not completely satisfied or the items have been damaged BEFORE returning any item. All items returned will be at the customers cost. Money refunded will be less the postage/transport cost that has been incurred by Supreme Healing Ltd.
All we kindly ask is that the product is returned in its original condition you received it in, and that its in the original, undamaged packaging.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.

Delivery Schedule
All orders will be processed immediately. Orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days and delivery is normally received in 10 - 14 working days. However, please allow up to 21 days. International orders are generally received in under 28 days.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping and handling within mainland UK is all included in the price shown. The price shown is a delivered price to you door. .All overseas orders or Northern Ireland will be subject to additional postage charges. These charges will be charged at cost price.
